Beyond the obvious. Into the decision.

I’m Aimee, the founder of Talent Decision Lab.

For 15 years, I’ve worked across talent acquisition, global mobility, and talent attraction, and I’ve spent much of that time asking questions about how people find opportunities, make career decisions, and experience organisations.

The more I’ve learned, the more I’ve realised that the visible answer isn’t always the whole story.

Career decisions are not always linear; someone may leave their employment for a reason that doesn’t fully explain what is happening underneath the surface. Someone could be highly capable and their work valuable, but they may not feel recognised by peers or management. Their expertise isn’t understood.

I’m interested in the space between what we can see and what is actually influencing decisions.

My experience spans both sides of that decision: understanding how organisations attract talent, and how individuals navigate their own career choices.

Talent Decision Lab is where I explore those questions. It’s a space for research, ideas, and knowledge sharing about how people discover opportunities, make career decisions, and experience organisations.
